Returns & Refunds

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return any product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

2. How to Start a Return

Email info@zenithvaccums.com with your order number and reason. We will provide a return label within 1 business day.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
